Forward when unreachable

Turn off all forwarding
##002#Cancels every forwarding rule and sends calls back to your phone.
Carriers occasionally change these codes and they can vary by plan and region. If a code does not register, confirm the current forwarding codes with AT&T.

Forward AT&T calls to your AI answering service

To forward every call, dial **21* then your AI answering number then # and press call.

To forward only missed calls, use **61* (no answer) or **67* (busy) the same way.

Dial ##002# at any time to remove all forwarding.
Some older AT&T plans also support *72 to forward and *73 to cancel. If the GSM codes do not register, try those.
